Hi, my name is Rahim and I am a mechanical engineering major and math tutor! I have been tutoring for over two years now and have done so at various community colleges in the Arizona... Some of the subjects that I have been tutoring in are Introductory Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Precalculus, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus, and Vector Calculus just to name a few. My favorite subject to tutor in would most likely be Vector Calculus, due to its complex concepts that take time to grasp. It really has been a great experience tutoring! I really love watching people grow stronger in their math skills! It is very exciting to see... I believe that having patience is one of the many keys to success when tutoring my tutees... Students have come to expect this of me. Without patience there is no growth! I really enjoy making a human connection! Seeing others achieve their goals is the most satisfying part about my job... There is just something about watching students grow stronger and become more self-reliant and self-confident in their work. I just love watching people become better students, readers, problem solvers, scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and people as a whole. Just about everyone needs to know that someone is there that believes in them. People need to know that someone has their back, and do my best to accommodate this to my tutees! My tutees know that I believe in them and that they will always have my support. My goal is to stop students from struggling with complicated math problems and help them win with confidence! I am a CRLA Level 1, Certified Tutor and and also obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card. A few words to describe me are Polymath, Humble, Deliberative, Respectful, and Patient.
